No Returns or Exchanges
At ADIKT, we take great care to ensure the quality of every product we deliver. Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are considered final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items
We’re truly sorry if your order arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, we’re here to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please contact our support team at hello@adikt.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

When reaching out, make sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A short description of the issue

To be eligible for assistance, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide further instructions on the next steps.
